New Sagacious Leather recipe?

Ive fiddled alot and cant find the combination for the final combine for elaborate sagacious anyone have a valid recipe for any of those or even the silk version. A recipe for either or both would be appreciated, made tons of templates but cant use them.

Also since we can do templates for belts, faces, etc? can we now make GM shoulders belts and faces 8)

You need the cultural tailoring book for Humans from the Tailoring Historian.

There is no new wearable armour - the other templates are just skill-up material.
