No new tailoring templates in Felwithe?

i _think_ i looked all over for a vendor. i found the smithing vendors, but nothing on the find tool, and wandering didn't get me anywhere. i even checked north felwithe but couldn't find anything there, either.

is there no tailoring vendor in felwithe?

chenori berinal in the basement of the pally guild didn't have the templates, although she did have the various mithril threads (though mostly fier'dal, couple of koada'dal).

anyone find anything?

The templates for tailoring in felwithe are sold in the shop that shares a wall with the smithy (the one across from the bank).

That said, some of the needed threads(for the final item combine) are sold in kelethin on the tailoring merchant which Ngreth said he would get patched on monday I believe (the wood elf threads are in felwithe, and lots of races are in odd places or the wrong zone so we arent alone).

Made almost a complete set of the GM Starglow gear tonight

yep, they're in "Faydark's Bane". the vendor is marked "(Armor)" though.
