silk pant/robe/tunic template recipes not learned from books?

The difference is the Robe Template can be made into DoN Cultural armor (if its Sullied, Crude, Fine, or Superb) whereas the tunic template is just for skill at the moment. Its been N'Greth's intention to use the other templates for upcoming recipes down the road.

And Ngreth said somewhere else it was 275 unmodded, so you are almost there.

I can confirm that at 275 skill I could indeed see, buy and scribe all the Elaborate/Eminent books.
