witheran bile

ever since the release of TSS it has been increasingly easier and easier to come by sporali skins...especially out in direwind. i vendor dive there alot and have like 3 stacks of the stuff. Big problem with that though is the lack of witheran biles. i know theres witheran in undershore, stoneroot, and ruins of ilsalin, but where would be the best and preferably fastest place to farm said items?

In my experience (fairly limited as it is) Witheran seem to be most prolific in Stoneroot Falls, around the area of the mob whose name I cannot remember that you hail to get into the first few missions for the "Rogue's Trust" spell line. There are also coral formations there that you can attack that spawn (from what I remember) weaker versions of witheran mobs. That is what I remember from about a year ago or so, things may have changed since then, or I may be remembering incorrectly, but it might be a place to start
