Drakkin Armor Quest

Ok, am doing the drakkin armor quest and instructions say: make cultural sewing kit and needle, make cultural material, use cultural hammer. Great. How do I find out WHAT the cultural stuff is for Drakkins? I have looked all over the EQ Traders Site and they say use the DoN Cultural page. But it does not tell what the special cultural stuff is for drakkin. Or else I am looking right at it and can't see. I guess I do not understand. Could someone explain to me in very simple terms? Thankyou.

I'm a little confused because you mentioned using a hammer, which shouldn't be used in any tailoring recipe....
