Is there still a problem in making this trophy?

I can't make the Steel-laced Etched Bull Whip using tradeskills.

I tried it on the loom in Ab sea
    The tannan loom in Pok
My erudite sewing kit as well

    Still say no combine.

I remember back when I started this there was a problem.
    Any ideas?

well for starters id say to make sure that you have all the right ingredients in the right amounts.

I usually find that I'm leaving out one item, or subbed one by accident.

What I do to eliminate mistakes on my very first combine is:

      1. Alt-tab back and forth from the eqtraders recipe to my combine window and compare items one by one, and
      2. Do a count to make sure I don't have any extras in my combine window.
      3. Make sure I'm using the proper container per the eqtraders recipe.
      4. Save it as a favorite.

That usually reveals my mistake, if I in fact made one. BTW, I made mine about 3 months ago with no problems.

      Good luck!

I thought at first it might have needed a special kit, but it looks liek a normal loom should work. I'd say double check the recipe, item names (like "preserved" muramite scales instead of "aged" that look the same, etc...) and the correct quantities. (If you know the recipe already, look it up, it will show you (highlighted in red) which are the parts you do not have).

        aligned steel thread
        heady kiola (x4)
        preserved muramite etched scales
        stock whip pattern
        whip cracker (X2)
        whip stock

Silly question but are you useing the processed scales? The raw dropped ones will not work untill you turn em in to the NPC or process em yourself.

Make sure you are using Preserved Muramite Etched Scales.

Recipe worked find for me a couple months ago.
