I put a buyer to go from 252 to 300 in tailoring.
    I'm a HIE, so basically I'm buying :

    Velium Hound Fur
    Mastodon Fur
    Sporali Skin
    Witheran Bile
    Othmir Fur
    Holgresh Fur
    Nightmare Arachnid Silk
    Crushed Diamond Dust
    Storm Volaas Hair
    Rune of Impulse
    Feran blood
    Murkglider blood
    Ice burrower silk

    I have 2 question :
    1) in what order would you skill on those ingredients ?
For instance, Feran Blood is pricey, and though to get, can make items from 262 to 282 : would you use it before or after Velium Hound Fur that can make items from 268 to 322 ?
    2) Is my buyer missing something ?

Wouldnt use the rune of impulse as the robe of impulse is triv 252,

Words of virtue to make robe of virtue (triv 262)
Hynid hair strands to make hynid hair thread (triv 268)

Might also consider bartering for the rare parts for PoP tailoring.

As for the order of using stuff....skill ups will be brainnumbing slow so chances are that at some point you will subcome to the "I will do whatever combine that I can get my hands on" strategy".

This is more or less what I did...

Velium Hound Fur - Saved for 294+ Othimir and Nightmare trivial at 295, and the hound furs were rare enough that they were worth holding on to to the end for me

Mastodon Fur - not a viable skill up option imo (too rare). I saved the few I had for 295+

Sporali Skin + Witheran Bile - great option, esp if you have a spell researcher with 220+ and the holepoker. If not you could probably average a break even reselling the parchments

Othmir Fur - staple, use them first always since they trivial soonest

Holgresh Fur - Another staple, I started saving them ~285, so I would have a bit of a stockpile once othmir furs went trivial

Nightmare Arachnid Silk - only really viable imo with the CDDs.. I would save them till 280+ so you can make arm symbols till 290, then bp/legs

Crushed Diamond Dust - see nightmare silks

Storm Volaas Hair - not viable at all.. too small a drop rate/population, off of one of the more annoying mobs in PoP

Rune of Impulse - no idea

Feran blood - for one blood items maybe, after that you're probably going to start looking at a large money sink

Murkglider blood - see Feran blood

Ice burrower silk - not really viable, buyer them, but you'll be lucky to get 20 unless you offer insane prices.

Items you didn't have that I used as well:

Mottled Hide, Shimmering Silk, Magnificent Hide. All are used in DOD seals (so you have to have done that quest from your cultural person. They all also take a platinum thread and a vial of purified mana, so it can get expensive (but so do ice burrower, velium hound, and mastodon armors). I was paying 650+ per othmir/holgresh/etc hide, once I was over 280, so the three seal parts were a deal if I could get them under 1500pp.

Nightmare Studded/silks - I did a few, but such a pita, especially the studdeds (I found some stuff on a vendor) since they use midnight stones which I believe are a cultural armor combine now.

In all it depends on how badly you want to get there, and how much you want to spend.. ideally it'd be the least number of items at the highest trivial, and save the rest. I was impatient, and had some cash to blow at the end.. so I bought whatever I could
