Gukta quest and Halfling DoN expert.

For DoN expert leather, halflings need HQ wolf hides that drop in Nedaria or Gfay. But in gukta there's a QUEST to turn LQ into MQ and MQ into HQ hides, bear, cat and wolf. Was just wondering if the quest was disabled to limit the drop rate of HQ wolf skins. Gonna check it out and will post the results.

Ok, just did the quest so it still does work. My halfling was uindifferent but he wouldn't take the hides. I made a frog alt and was successful turning 3 LQs into a MQ and 3 MQs into a HQ wolf.
