Horse Hides

Is there any chance that the horse hides can be treated like the other pelts that are Low/Med/High quality where if you combine it with a skinning knife in a sewing kit that you get the lower level?

It does not combine. And I am not going to be able to make it combine. I need to keep LQ Horse Skins as rare as they are.

This is at least in reference to skins scaling down to LQ. I assume it also means we can't do anything to upgrade lower quality to high quality.

I believe Ngreth said no. I would have liked to since medium quality skin are dirt common and dirt cheap in comparasion to LQ skins.
