Coarse Silk - ARGGH

I can't get this stuff. I've gone through Death Comes Swiftly. I've done Nest Mission after Nest Mission.

I can make NO GM silk armor. Not one piece. Buyers in the Bazaar have listed UP TO 50K for a single piece of silk. People now want this stuff (Cultural) due to the Augs. But you can't make what you don't have material for.

Is there a source I'm missing? Are you all having the same problem?

There is a min group lvl requiremtent before CSS, GDH and MDS start to drop. lvl68+ seems to be quoted most often. I did not see your level, so dinnt know if this was the issue.

i farmed my silk in the mission "Clues"

the problem is everybody is doing that stupid creator mission

Too bad devs won't listen to my advice and make the Creator mission take 40/41 crystals, instead of giving them ...

The mission "Clues" is really good for the coarse spider silk. My group ran into problem though of trying to complete the next step which is "Explore Ice Lair of The Nest" We explored everything but we were not able to complete the step. Does anyone know what we need to do? Did we need to kill everything?

yes. Ive noticed that the GDH and MDS do not drop in the 37 crystal Creator missions but do drop in the 40 crystal missions. Probably the same with the Coarse Silk, but I'm not positive.

How to get Clues mission...

Exactly which mission is 'Clues' btw. I tried to find it but none of the ones offered to me were called that. Is it a Nest mission? Is it part of the higher tier progression? I haven't completed Tier 1 yet.

It's a Nest mission offered by Gordish. You need at most Kindly faction to get it. (At least, that's my faction, and I can get it.) I don't know if it also requires some amount of progression before you can get it. It's not a complicated mission, but it is time consuming.
