DE LoY Robe broken

The focus effect (Burning Affliction III) was removed from the Robe of Abrogation with the last patch. This robe has been the same since LoY afaik and certainly no change to them was mentioned in the patch message. Anyone have any info on this or want to join me in /bug'ing it?

Will update this if/when its fixed or I get a response.

Robe of Misery (iksar cultural) is the one with BA3. The DE robe has and has always had +2 hp regen.
