I have heard rumor that there is a Tailoring mod item that drops somewhere?
like the smithing mod items found in VT and SSRA...

Is this true? anyone have information on this?

only items i know of a are the GM needle and the geelok sewing device.

Akhevan Shadow Shears (+15% tailoring)are dropped by Shei Vinitras in Akheva Ruins. There is also a chance at Fizznik's Robe of Tinkering (+10% tinkering)
