Can get all from Garen D'Vek in Neriak Commons (The next zone after Neriak Foreign quarter.) Sometimes i'll get the book by the guy next to Silk underground in the foreign quarter also. He has parchements, etc, but does not carry adamantite thread. This saves a zone load, if you dont need the thread.

I'd reccomend feedbacking/bugging this. They should be available in Oggok. Initially the Adamantite metals were not available in Oggok.

For the time being, I set up a lvl one enchanter (all points to cha) and ran her to Neriak (not as easy as it once was). Then i just use that alt to buy what I need. No reason to stay in oggok once you have the alt set up. In neriak, you can buy everything fairly close to the bank in the Tailoring shop.

I am kos in Neriak, had to make a bot to buy then, like you, jsut use a shared bank.

ps. I like that the tailor and bank are so close; dont like that I am kos, cant recall what I did years ago to make the elves hate me.
