Froglok faction seems to have changed. When the frogloks lived in Grobb, I was ally. Now that they live in Rathe Mountains, I am indifferent, and Dar Forager Lumun won't accept my pelts. I had to make a froglok alt to do the hand-ins.

Dar Forager Lumun is now located somewhere around -2000, 200 (going on memory, sorry) in the froglok tent city in Rathe Mountains. He stands in his own tent. He has stopped giving experience or text on a successful hand-in, but the upgraded pelt shows up in your inventory.

You might try working your faction with the Dar Collector next door to the forager. I've only done the skin hand ins with a froggie and they work fine post rathe patch.

The Dar Collector used to take 8 bone chips (4 at a time and one faction hit per each chip), then 8 fresh fish, then 8 giant rat ears - in order, as faction quests. But he now seems to only want bone chips. I think all of the factions are just +froggie ones and no bad faction hits.

I can't seem to get past 198 tailoring because the drop rate is terrible on those

None of the quests in Gukta seem to be available to non-Frogloks, including the faction raising quests (bone chips & spiderling eyes). But I'll keep working on my faction to see if they'll eventually unlock. The faction song, Cinda's Charismatic Carillon, will only work on the guards (Protectors of Gukta). The Exterminator who gives the spiderling eye quest is also on this faction. However, even with kindly faction I was still unable to give him spiderling eyes.

If anyone else reaches a point where they can upgrade pelts or do any Gukta quest as a non-Froglok, please reply as soon as possible!

Isn't the easiest solution just to make a guktan toon on your account, put the pelts in shared slot, log to guktan toon, do the swap, put new pelts in shared slot? Someone else already mentioned it above. Or are you just interested in working faction for faction's sake?

I had the same problem. Since I had recently made a tenpack of Froglok illusion potions, I tried it. It rose my faction up from indifferent and i was able to do the conversions.

Many of us already have all slots full of toons that would be difficult if not nigh on impossible to delete to make room for someone else... Packmule syndrome ya know?
