Lion Skins Usage

While farming "Cat" pelts in E Karana I've accumulated a stack of Ruined "Lion" skins. They don't seem suitable for patchwork armor. Can anyone tell me if there is a use for them?

There is a nice (though not necessarily 100% complete) pelt drop guide on the site - click Trade Supplies and it is one of the links at the top.

It says that Ruined Lion Skins have No Known Use, not even poison vials.

The High Quality Lion SKINS are valuable. They make Fleeting quivers, which rangers go bananas for. You need 222+ tailoring tho.
