Tailors need Scholor recipes?

I'm really new to EQ and have a level 11 tailor and have just received a workshop task that requires level 10 scholor recipies for eolith temper...at least it seems that way.

Am I missing something or do I really need to buy those items from the broker/get a scholor to craft them for me?

Sorry if the question is a repeat - I read through the threads on this page and am getting the impression that I need to buy them but I want to be sure.
