Master Quest ?

Am being lazy, but can someone post how to get the master tailor quest for ogres?

Who do you talk to?
What do you need to collect?

After the quest is done, what can you make to skill up?

Where should I be looking to get this info!

On the main site's menu, there is a category called Quests. Go there, click on the Dragons of Norrath link, then scroll down a bit and click on your race. It will take you to a write-up of the quests.
