  • DoN Tailoring Recipies. Where are they?

What is taking so long to get the tailoring recipies up for DoN. Everything else for DoN is already up. If there is another place to get them can someup tell me.

Yup take them out and shoot them. The people here bringing us all this great information of thier own free will arn't donating enough free time.

I for one appreciate this site and am amazed at just how fast the volumes and volumes of imformation come to us after an expansion.

I think the big delay for smithing and tailoring is from all the DoN cultural recipes that need to be entered (number of races * 7 pieces for each race * up to 4 plate/leather/chain/silk = lots of tedious data entry).

Not to mention a lot of the drops to make most of the items are either very rare or very hard to find. Most people still have no idea where to find a basilik tooth (for example.)

And the number of people who have quit over the last few months...fewer players, fewer tradeskillers, fewer upper level tradeskillers to actually even attempt the combines, and so on...

They should put up all the knowledge they have so far, not wait till they have all of it. I'd like to know how to make my DoN cultural armor and know the trivials.

actually, apparently alot of the pages are up, just not easily linked to from the main menu. if you have an idea of the name of the item you are looking for, do a search of it. or a name of a component of the item. there is a way around not haveing the direct links. so, to a small extent i can understand this frustration. it would be easier to have the more direct links right from the main menu. but i also understand eqtraders desire to have things be as complete as possible when they roll stuff out.

Yumenea, the operators of this site do it because they want to. We have no right to demand of them that they should "work faster" or "put it all up NOW". We should be thankful that they are actually doing all this. Im guessing that the reason for them to hold anything back would be to confirm recipes, trivials, where items drop and a multitude of other things that I dont know about.

Dont demand, thank them for what is up so far and see if you can help with getting info for the rest.

                    . . .

The database minions are working as fast as they can. No one gets paid to do any of this, it's a labor of 'love' if you will.

Think they aren't fast enough? Volunteer to help. Put up or SHUT UP.

There are in-game methods to get the recipes you seek. Do the quest for the level of armor + symbols that you want to make. Then read the in-game book and make what you want. And if you remember, come here and submit any missing info for the site.
