Ice Burrower Silk drop rate?

I never really hunted them a whole lot before, but I remember getting 2 silks per kill, and I would say the silk dropped about uncommonly. However, tonight, i was helping a guildie mage get his 4 meats for his epic. We ended up getting 8 total, so he could help a friend out with that part. We ended up killing around 15 worms, and not a single silk dropped.

Has anyone noticed a drop in the amount of ice silks dropping?

i sure noticed,i killed around 20 and got nothing.i dont remember the silk being that rare.use to see 2 drop at once,a long time ago.the hound fur sucks as well but at least got 3 out of like 15 kills.
just not a viable way to skill up tailoring when its that rare.atm there really isnt anything you can skill up on,like all the other tradeskills.(stupid tailoring nerf)

i was hunting them a few days ago trying to max my tailoring. drop rate seems to be about 20-25%, and they still drop 2 silks WHEN they drop them. before they added the meats tho, the drop rate was better, maybe 50-60%.
