  • Halfling cultural tailoring kit

Does anyone know what the exact recipe is for the new cultural kits? I swear I've tried everything and it all comes out DNC. Small brick of mercurium + thimble mold + needle mold in the cultural forge did not combine. Tried with and without water, with and without the vale smithy hammer, tried different sizes of mercurium etc, nothing has worked so far.

There is a new kit? I thought we were just supposed to use the Vale Sewing kit.

Well from what I understood in the quest dialogues, there was a new kit? I will have to see if the old kit works, thanks!

You just have to make a new kit.. it's the same recipe. Some people claim that their original kit never stopped working, but i fell into the group where it did stop.. a new one, same recipe, works fine.

Has anyone noticed that the old Vale Forge is now a regular forge? Has the Vale forge been moved some where else away from the bard mail NPC?

I've used the Vale forge in the same spot this week. I noticed that the title changed to normal, but it still works as a Vale forge. I noticed the same on the Tanaan forges in POK, they didn't say Tanaan forges, just "forge".

Yes. I noticed this also. You can now use it as a regular forge, as well as do your cultural combines in it.

I noticed the same thing in Qeynos and Freeport. All well and good, but if you are new to cultural combines, how are you supposed to locate the correct forge (in game) short of trial and error?
