I've already chastised you for bumping in your other thread.

White Wolf Skins have no known tailoring use. I believe they can be used in pottery for lined vials. They may have a quest use.

white wolf skins do indeed have a quest use. one of the newbie quests for barbarian beastlords requires a white wolf pelt to turn in. i believe its the bracer.
