Glossy Drake Hides--- Where are they?

When DoN first came out I had at least 3 of these drop in a fairly short amount of time off drakes in Thundercrest instances. However now it seems like they no longer drop anymore, and also I have never seen one drop off any drakes in the non-instance version of the zone. Has anyone else seen these dropping anywhere other than the one mob that's listed on here in threads as dropping it?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

They still drop in Thundercrest but i've only seen them drop in the instanced zone, not the normal Thundercrest zone. Out of about 5 hours of literally slaughtering everything in the zone we had only 1 Glossy Drake Hide drop.

I think I got one of mine in an instanced mission in the nest.

Had 3 drop doing the group mission "Have Note Will Travel".. or something like that.. the first group mission in the aa progression thing. I believe that was Thundercrest.. although my flu ain't letting me remember anything all that acrurately atm.
