Silk Napkin

as part of the new baking 'feasts' and 'gift baskets' it calls for a silk napkin, made of a draknid swatch and a silver thread combined in a loom/kit/etc

Well, I got a bunch of silks, made swatches, bought thread and so far have been unable to combine the swatch and thread in the loom in pok, the loom in guild hall, my collapsible sewing kit... any suggestions or help? thanks! Am trying to get a start on the minor crafting before attempting the big daddies :P
