help!! don half elf tailoring

I have been trying to figure out the half elf druid tailoring and I hish the was a don tailoring guide for dummies out there lol.
My question is has anyone figured out

A) what the halfelf cultural metal is
2) our needle recipe.

I have been trying different combinations in the surefall glade forges and neither of them is marked cultural(though absor said in another post that there is a cultural forge in surefall), and im getting frustrated, any help ya can give would be so appreciated.

Rilsteel is the cultural metal. I suppose a tailor would use spools of the stuff.

As far as the half elven needle, that I don't know about. It may be mia (as apparently is the half elf smithing hammer) or it may simply be undiscovered (as was the fier'dal needle, for a while).

half elf needle = embroidering needle + thunder essence. yield is "norathian needle" combine is in forge or sewing kit, can't remember
