Vah Shir Cultural Tailoring

Couple of questions...

1) Since Vah Shir don't have cultural armor (smithing or tailoring) before this patch, which forge would you guys/gals think that is our cultural forge? The one located at the main smithing vendor building? or the two located at northern part of the city? (We will need that for making our own cultural sewing kit)
2) What is our racial metal? Black Acrylia? Ancestal Acrylia? or HQ ore?

I personally have tried Ancestal Acrylia and HQ ore in all 3 forges without success, have any Vah Shir tailor tried this yet?

1. There is a new forge to Master Barkhem's left that is our racial forge. That's where I made my sewing kit.

2. Our cultural metal is the ancestral acrylia ore.
