Barbarian Cultural Tailoring

I'm trying to get started in barbarian cultural tailoring. Currently, I'm trying to figure out how to make a barbarian cultural sewing kit. Has anyone had any luck with this yet? Or any luck combining the steel thread with any of the other components? Thanks in advance.

OK, to answer my own question, as Absor posted (and which I missed somehow), you use a SMALL brick of high quality ore, obtained from the general equipment vendor in the area by the forges. I put the small brick, a thimble mold, a needle mold, and a flask of water in what *used* to be the old cultural forge, and hit combine. Voila!

OK, now that I *have* my nifty new Northman Sewing Kit, I can't seem to do the first pre-combine, which, if I understand the books correctly, should be a simple matter of combining a MQ bear skin with a Northman needle and a Small Spool of High Quality Thread. I've tried with both MQ and HQ, Small and large spools, all to no avail (even tried without the needle). Anyone else having any luck with Barbarian tailoring?

You need to find the tradeskill quest guy I don't remeber his name exactly but I think he is on find. When you find him he will have you do a few quests to get patterns and books for the Cutural armor you need these before you can make the armor.

Done that. Finished with the initial quest, and the first two tasks... still nada.
