Cultural Sewing Kits MIA?

There was a vendor in POK in Beta that had cultural sewing kits, needles and little portable cultural forges. We're not in Beta anymore... anyone have any ideas about if the sewing kits exist for the classes that didn't have one previously?

I'm mainly interested in Vah Shir tailoring, but I imagine the problem is the same for other races? Anybody know?

I did manage to make a Vah Shir needle last night based on a recipe for other cultural needles, there were none on any vendors in Shar Vahl. There were no Vah Shir sewing kits either. I did find a Vah Shir smithy hammer. There seems to be a new forge, but it didn't indicate it was a Vah Shir forge. I'd rather not run around chasing my tail, so to speak, if this has not been itemized correctly. Any input appreciated.

This sounds like my problem.. I have a Koada`dal needle, but can't find any container that I can combine Silk Swatch, Small spool of Mithril thread, and my needle.

Absor posted in General - new racial sewing kits are in game, we just have to confirm they're working. For instance I have to make a Koada'dal Sewing Kit, using:

Small Brick of Mithrl (substitite your racial metal here)
Needle Mold
Thimble Mold
Flask of Water

in a forge.

10 slot capacity on it also, 162 smithing trivial.
