Quest and words of abatement

I am seeking some clarification about a quest in Shar Vahl from Merchant Ahlam ( Here ) that results in words of abatement. Eqtraders is the only site I have found with this reference. I even found other posters here that have not received any response to this aside from where to hunt to get the words to drop. Allakhazam's quest involving this merchant makes no mention of words of abatement ( Here ).

My questions are this: Is there wrong information on this site? Is there wrong information on Alla's site? Am I doing something wrong to either not see the info I need or looking in the wrong spots for this quest which has words of abatement as a reward?

Any information you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.
