Gelidran Blood

I looted a Gelidran Blood in RSS the other day. I tried combining it with one Icy Geldrian Hide and the appropriate bracer patterns and tools in both loom and forge and got DNCs.

Anyone know what this blood is used for?

Probably another vendor junk. To my knowledge, only Icy Gelidran Hide and Gelidran Ice are used in trade skills. Hides are used to craft the icecream maker (dunno the exact name), and Ice are the power item for Feran armors.
