Anyone with decent tailoring skill *can* make it for you. However, the armor isnt that great for actual use, compared to the value of the hides and acrylia.

If you go out and hunt hoppers and grimlings for acrylia and hopper hides, youll get far better armor by selling the acrylia and hides in the bazaar and buying other armor with the proceeds.

Use the /bazaar command, search by your class, the stat you are looking for (i reccommend HP) and your price range.

Use www.Google.com to search for class-related message boards to look for information about where to hunt for your class/level. This message board is for tradeskills.

P.S. Tips for further posting: 1. 'Profit' 2. 'Please' 3. Dont beg for people to reply.

I'm a bit confused...in the other topic here (http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq/showthread.php?t=19349) you mention making 80 Steel-Laced Aged Snake Whips which trivial near 250, but here you're asking people to make you acrylia studded armor?
