Another armor set?

Oh! I just heard something interesting. It seems that those Dragon guys also use the skins of some of these beasts to make things. You might be able to make your armor from that as well!

This is one of the last things in the armor book buyable in pok, and various other places. This is put in after all the descriptions of the armors have been fleshed out, and to me, eludes to a different set of makable armor.

Any other thoughts/ideas?

I've seen the dragorns drop skins of various other mobs, so... I believe it just means that they can randomly drop feran / bazu / murkglider skins as well.

I always thought that paragraph was refering to Magnetic armor?

If you kill dragorns you get "tanned" skin - if you killed the type of mob (i.e. bazu/feran) you get a regular hide. Both make the same resulting armor.

Example.
"tanned ruined bazu skin" and "ruined bazu skin" are interchangeable.

I haven't put in enough time selectivly killing mob types to notice that.. but it explaines that line in the book, thanks
