At one time the recipe for Tunarean Scout listed Bue Diamond Powder as an ingredient. Now it shows an imbued emerald in that slot. Can anyone confirm what gem is currently required for this cultural WE ranger armor?

I could be wrong, but what I am remembering is that the Ranger armour has never required blue diamond powder, but that the druid armour does. (Tunarean Soldier vs Tunarian Scout)

BOTH types DO require the blue diamond powder in sub-combines rather than the final combine. Go check the recipe here and use the nifty + symbol to extend the recipe and you will see.
