0/8 on AG tailoring combine with 232 unmod, and seriously wanna cry in teh RL. Something like, I know a GM who failed 17 times would do nicely. Hate hate hate saps.

Well, I'll give you a nice e-hug if you want. Most fails I know of in my guild would have been 6. But honestly, it sucks that the RNG just does that sometimes. Personally I succeeded the first time I tried it at 224, but if it makes you feel better I did go on and GM tailoring afterward just for the hell of it and that was quite the pain. Kinda felt I owed it to the RNG gods after my lucky combine.

Think of it this way, farming of the saps could be a lot worse, at least you can kinda xp at the same time.

Maybe the new Tailoring Mastery AA will help with the AG quest? Except for the jewelry part.

I too am a little stunned at this point with Aid grimmel. I attempted the tunic combine today. I had spent a month farming both plat to buy 1 sap and farming fire to get 2 saps. I made my combine today with modified skill of 252 and Tailoring Master level 2 AA (25% reduction of failure) and still blew it. I really am not looking forward to more farming of fire or farming greens for plat to buy saps.....
