Is this true of all GOD bags? I was gonna try and get from 199 to 200 doing some bolstered backpacks and didn't find any mention of a problem for that specific type, though medium capacity backpacks did have a note:see for yourself

I'm wondering if the skill ups are also bugged. I've made about 15 bolstered hynid hide sacks on my druid, got 2 skill ups early on, have had almost all successes, and NO further skillups. She was 134 when she started, got to 136. So, I gave up and did Wu's - she got a skill up nearly every combine to 141, so, now that I was 10 away from the 151 trivial, I equipped her gearlock and tried 3 more combines. Three successes, no skillups. At the price of hynid bloods and shimmering threads, I'm not making any more of these for skill - my alts now have all the bags they need - but I'm disappointed that these bags are apparently bugged for skill ups. Her wis was 255 for all combines, and she had the geerlock equipped for the last 10 or so combines.

They may be bugged but it could also just be total chance, its an awfully small sample size to tell.
