They are no longer sold. You have to find one that another player is willing to sell. I got mine in the bazaar, 50 pp each but its pretty hard to find sometimes.

The deluxe sewing kit is reasonably common. I remember droping 6 or 7 during one session . It is very rude to have bag as a prize. I wasn't really prepared to handle bags at the time...

Well I got a hold of a deluxe sewing kit, and CAN'T do it..

You cannot combine these items in this container type

I did it last night. Are you using the recipe with 4 kiolas and not 4 hides? The one with 4 hides was a mistake.

Maybe take us step by step what you are doing?

I did successful combines tonight with wolf and cat pelts, with a trivial of 231 in my UI. The ingredients listed in the database are correct.

Okay.. I know what went wrong.. I had the wrong pattern. I had the whip pattern, not stock whip pattern.

works now.. now to go an raise tailoring quickly before it's removed

Just thought I'd add I did a few, maybe 7, combines and took my skill from 201 to 203 =)

Exploit it while you can, manes are irritably rare though.

Update: Did another 14 combines of this Whip & went from 203 to 206 on the last 7. Handful of acrylia & whips before that yielded no gains.

Seems the whips are really good for gains.

Manes are expensive because the best GoD tailored whip is 12/16. Very fast, lousy stats tho, and you need 2 manes to make a whip cracker for it.

I still find em on vendors all the time tho. Then again i find shimmering ore and Aged muramite scales moderately often as well.

What whip is 12/16 that? I only see a 12/18 on the recipe list.

Recently noticed this change in trivial and it's heaven sent.
Got a couple of skill ups from 27 combines which wasn't too bad.

Insisting on being ML in KT groups helps with the hynid mane stockpile
