As the title implies...is there anywhere besides Lavastorm and Overthere that these 2 components can be found? I saw a post that said some zones in LoY have the componets, can anyone verify this?

As a fellow Inky, I can tell you that I've never heard of either of those two items being found anywhere but those two places. I certainly would have remembered if I'd seen them drop, and I have friends that collect them for me on their alts who would have noticed as well. 99% certain that Overthere and Lavastorm are the only sources for these components. The post you saw was most likely referring to the research components that are used to make the swatches, not the foraged items that are used to make the dyes.
