I am a 250 tailor with trophy attempting to make this item. I have just failed for the fifth time in a row. I cannot believe that this item is not in some way broken. I make elemental stuff triv 335 about 50% success. It has cost me about 60k for each attempt on this item, I have to buy the saps when they show up so 300k so far and still no item. I know all about the RNG but i have come to the conclusion that this item must have a triv over of over 400. Surely the actual triv can be worked out simply from the failure rate that 250 tailors are getting.

I've seen some people go 10+ tries on the tunic, whereas I've also read of others getting lucky on their first try. I've gotten the impression that the tunic is the hardest piece to get out of the whole quest. While the quest does not seem to be broken (lots of people out there have finished it), perhaps /feedback to suggest the difficulty of the tunic is put more at an equal standing as the other AG items, if it is in fact harder to make.

0 for 5 on a 335 trivial is very common and we see it on a ton of different items. Its all the RNG.

I was 1 for 3 at 220 + geerlock. Luck happens, both bad and good.
