Having just finally hit 250 after 2 years of work, I'm posting my run from 201 - 250 in case it can help others still working their way up. All combinations were done with a WIS between 265 - 280, and using a geerlok. I'm not going to attempt to count up the money I've spent, as it would probably depress me!
The vast majority of supplies were bought in the Bazaar, apart from hopper hides. I farmed all of those, as the hoppers were still giving me experience. Guildmates helped out to a small extent with various supplies, for which I rewarded them with armour I could make and they could use. All tannins/studs/bonings were brewed/smithed by me - I'm not sure if that saves money, but it raised two other skills to a good level!
I passed 200 back in Oct 2003, and hit 250 earlier today (11 Apr 04) - just in case you think I sat down and did all these in one sitting!

Well, there you have it. A lot of effort went into this, and the time taken reflects the fact that it was done with my first ever EQ character. The expenditure was not light, but I've made a hefty profit over the time I've been doing this, moving from Handmade Backpacks up to Velious armour. PoP and GoD tailoring is still a closed book to me, not having done any of it - so the adventure continues!
