Powdered Fog Fragments...

I've been trying to combine 3 fog fragments in a mortar and pestle to make powdered fog (for the poa leather tunic). For some reason, it tells me "You cannot combine these items in this container type"

I've not been on EQ for the past several months so I'm wondering if this has something to do with the new tradeskill interface or am I doing something wrong?

In a recent patch, several non-poison mortar & pestle recipes were modified into baking recipes.

Try using a mixing bowl for your fog fragment combinations.
