Thats with 125 cha and Ally faction.

Now that Velium studds have become affordable, I may take the time to get back into tayloring and use the 300+ velious hides taking up banking space....

I submitted a database update for the price. I also put a note in the smithing thread.

Well They were only recently put back.

I am assuming that the priceing is a bug.

Old price was approx. 26 Plat per temper.

You could make them by hand for less than 1/2 that price. So it was more painstaking yet economical to make your own. But if you were in a hurry and had the plat couls still buy them off the vendor.
