Is There Really A Low Level POK Tailor Combine?

I have been hearing there is some POK combine that will raise your tailoring to 80 or 90ish. Is this a myth? I can't find the recipe anywhere and all I've heard is that it may be a sub combine for alchemy. Anyone have some info?

You may be thinking of Woven Mandrake, which uses a store-bought alchemy component, and is trivial 66. Note that each combine will cost you 4.2pp. This can be further combined with 1 Steel Boning (smithed, again all ingredients store-bought) to make 10 Picnic Baskets - tailoring trivial 76.

Oh I bet that is it. I knew about the mandrake, I even saw the picnic basket in the platter receipe (I think), just didn't occur to me. Thanks for info.
