Lemming Fur Backpacks now No Drop??

I'm looking at the backpack in my inventory, and its flagged as No Drop... When did THAT happen???

They are not no drop, however, if you put a no drop item in it, the bag (any bag) becomes no drop. Remove the item and the bag is droppable again.
