Sewing Needle found (and buggy recipe)

While technically this is a smithing combine, I figure its more appropriate to post here.

2x High Quality Metal Bits
2x Steel Bits (yes, as in Karana cultural stuff)
Water Flask
Jar of Acid
Needle Mold
Smithy Hammer

Vital Stats: nonstackable, weight 0.1, TINY, ALL/ALL.

Smithy Hammer is NOT returned on success (hence the buggy part). Sewing Needle is NOT currently tradeskill flagged (but that may be an oversight). As per the Test UI, trivial is 30.
