POP Tailoring has a required skill level?

Was sorting thru my stuff on my POP tradeskill mule and found i had enough stuff to attempt some PoStorms leather items. Went thru the list and found i could use a new bracer for my monk alt.

So i get everything made up for 7 attempts. Put the first set in for combine...

'Your skill sux. Go away loser. No combine for joo.'

Actually is said 'You are too inexperienced in your craft to even consider attempting this combination'.

My tailoring skill is 193 and i had a geerlok in hand.

The EQTraders site shows NO minimum skill required. (It shows min skills just fine for Ethereal bricks and strands)

What gives?

All PoP combines require a 220 skill, just like the swatch and brick combines. This also goes for all trades, not just tailoring. It used to be mentioned on the site but got lost somewhere along the way.

It just saved you from throwing away your components. The fail rate is supposed to be high at 250, muchless 193.
