I could be wrong, but I thought Oak Bark was only foraged in Kithicor woods? is it a ground spawn too? -
Maybe your thinking of the ground spawns for iron oxide in BB cuz oak bark is on kith.

Iron Oxide groundspawns are in Steamfont, not BB.
