I used to sell completed bags, but it's gotten to be just too much work for me to gather parts, and if the RNG wasn't smiling on me then I'd lose a bit of cash from failures. Now, I just sell my services - bring me the parts and I'll combine for a small fee. I still keep a stock handy to give out to friends, but I place the burden of supplying parts on the buyer. It seems to work out ok - I make pure profit now, and the buyer gets a bag cheaper than I would have to sell it to compete with Tinker's, all w/o any of the headaches.
