Ok, so its probably been asked before, but..

I'm 4 skillups from being 220 tailoring. Recently got my shears so i'm +15%.

    220+15% = 252 which is supposed max , correct?

Is there any reason to believe I would not have the same rate of success with this skill as someone with raw 250 + geerlok?

Has anyone done any large sum of combines with this skill and compared to a raw 250?

Reason i'm asking is im going to start doing alot of elemental combines, and worried that I might have more success with someone of higher skill..

I have the +15% hammer for smithing. So I can say that I saw no difference between 220 + 15% and 250 raw. Should be the same for Tailoring.
