Made 2 bags for an old friend pro bono and he gave me a ton of velious era tailoring items as well the the oils/velium to go with it! I'm his new tailor for a whie but I should net a few skill ups off all this!

Back to the original question....

I havnt done a lot of velious era stuff so whats worth making with the following skins that can at least be sold in bazaar for a bit of cash back?

Black Pantherskin
Colbalt Drake Hide
Tigeraptor
Arctic Wyvern
Othmir (doubt there is anythign worth while)
Flawless Rockhopper (ok luclin era)

Each server is different, only way to be sure would be to monitor those items in your bazaar and watch if they sell and how much they sell for.

deceided to save time and just make masks to sell to vendors. Most people told me those items dont sell well anymore and the black pantherskin stopped selling well when they added dyes. Thanks for the help but I went fo the quick skill ups. Got tailoring to 220! MY last skill to hit 220+.

While i'm sure it depends a lot on the server.. there's still a couple pieces that do sell decently... might take a little time, but people will buy.

Black panther boots between 1500-2100, legs might still sell around 1000-1500

Tigerraptor cloak between 1800-2200

Cobalt drake belt varies a lot... 1000-1750

Several wyvern items sell, usually less than 1k.. cap, cloak, legs... tae ew kinda wasted them.

Acrylia Rei stuff is very common, so very inexpensive.. tunic may be 500-600 tops. It might be worthwhile to put some pieces on vendor simply because this stuff is decent armor for the early to midlevels (not level restriced either).
