Storm Volaas Hairs?

I've been killing the ocean giants at the 2-giant camp on the bridge by the waterfall in PoS for a bit, but no storm volaas hairs have dropped. Do they even drop off these two giants, or do you need to pull the giants out of one of the forts?

IIRC we were getting quite a few dropped one time in a BoT keying raid. We were pulling stuff out of the fort were the named and lord were.

I have looted one hair from that set of Ocean Giants before, so they do drop.

Yeah I seemed to see more of them when we pulled the fort in a BoT flagging raid before, but if possible I'd like to kick back at the two giant camp by the waterfall, so it's good to know that the hairs actually do drop there too.

Actually, I have another question. Does anyone remember what type of ocean giant dropped a volaas hair for them? Fannsk, an herr thingamabobber, or what?

Nobody remembers what the name of the giant that drops the hairs is? I've been at this camp for four days, not a single hair... Tons of beards rotting though.

I forget the names...but the ones that stand outside and inside the ocean buildings do infact drop the hair. Like all things you want, they are semi rare
