RNG hates me

I'm a 193 tailor. After getting all the materials together for 110 Solstice Robe combines here are the results.

At 106 no skill ups.
At 107 1 skill up.
At 110 1 skill up.

Luckily I was only successful on 5 robes.

So 195

Man, I did at least 3 rounds of 100 solstice robe combines where I got zero skill improves...I was ready to cry! I dunno if it was just bad, bad, bad luck or if solstice robes are just not the best for skillups.

But just this minute I went from 220 to 224 on 15 combines (Not solstice robes, I am scared to touch them now for fear of success...was doing arctic wyvern/black pantherskin/acrylia reinforced).

Not sure if this is RNG loving me or if I have finally gotten out of the tailoring hell levels.
